Sherlock is designed to be installed in straight or curved handlebars (download compatibility guide here). You can also try to install Sherlock in the seat post or frame, but we cannot guarantee that the device will work properly.
When the battery reaches a critical level Sherlock sends an immediate notification to the phone.
Sherlock can be charged with a micro-USB cable, connected to any power bank, computer or electrical outlet.
Battery life is guaranteed for up to 7 days in parking mode
Yes, Sherlock is designed to resist water drops (e.g. condensation) and dust.
Your device will be tested before shipping and you can always check the status of your Sherlock using the mobile app. In case of malfunctioning electronic components, you can return the device to us and we will send you a new one. If you need assistance, please consult our support page.
At the moment Sherlock is available in Europe and USA.
The subscription for the first two years is included in the sales price of the device. From the third year on, the subscription will cost 3€/month.
From the third year after the activation, you will be asked to choose a way of paying for your Internet subscription (3€/month). You can then cancel the subscription at any time.
