Excise duty recovery in trucking is a tax measure specifically designed to support businesses that use diesel fuel for commercial and logistical purposes.
Customs and Monopolies Agency has announced that the documents and software necessary for companies to request reimbursement of excise duties relating to the 3rd quarter of 2023 have been published. This refers to consumption made between 1 July and 30 September this year for vehicles with a total mass equal to or greater than 7.5 tonnes, used for the transport of goods on behalf of third parties and belonging to the Euro V ecological class or higher.
